Accuracy testing was done prior to the arrival of the Magpul PRS using an A2 stock.
Five shot groups were fired from a bench at 100 yards using front and rear rests and a Leupold VARI-X III set at 25X.  The best groups were obtained using Sierra 77 grain MatchKings and VihtaVuori powders.

Using VV N135 the best 5 shot group measured .353".
A ten shot string of this load chronographed at 2638 fps with a standard deviation of 10 fps.

Here are some 10-shot groups fired from 100 yards using handloaded Sierra 55 grain BlitzKings measuring .793" and .743".  (I haven't had a chance to shoot 10-shot groups with the 77 grain SMKs yet.)

Looks to me like you did not need the stock if you shot those groups with out it.  Nice rifle and nice shooting.

Well I ran two wet shooters choice patches through the barrel and le tit sit for a couple minutes then ran two dry patches through the barrel then set up in the prone and ran a five shot group to check Zero a couple adjustments to the sights then another five shot group for zero.... Very pleased then for the show... settled in got  a comfortable position and ran 15 rounds of Blackhills
Remanufactured 77Gr SMKBTHP into a single raged hole that could be covered with a dime at 100 yards...  I could not be happier... Pics to follow!

I love this gun!!

55 grn. ammo + 10 mph wind =  2" groups at 100 yds..... 0 mph usally means .75" groups

Another one of my uppers has found a new home on my Magpul PRS lower.  This is my position shooting practice rifle.  The PRI rail on the bottom of the free float tube has sling swivel quick detach point.  This rifle is kind of like an NRA Highpower match rifle with a 2 MOA Aimpoint instead of iron sights.

The PRI rail is 4.0" long and has attachment points for a standard sling stud as well as a quick-detach sling swivel.

I don't recall if a sling swivel came with the rail, but there are multiple
manufacturers out there selling the quick detach sling swivels for less than
$20.00 a piece.  PRI lists one on their website for $17.95.

Sweet; Ever considered a Troy MFRS? That woul close that gap between the upper and the rail nicely. BTJMHO

I like the rifle overall, once I complete my carbine, I might play with a 20 in. DMR using that same stock.

Thank ya! Twernt nothin... This was Prone off the bipod, sighted intentionally 5" high at 100 and turned out to be spot on at 300 yards... Dumb luck... Those Sierra 77s from Black hills are excellent rounds! And Kudos to Jeff and John at CMMG for their creation! More than one could hope for to be honest. Really nothing Exotic in the weapon....

They also make the Fox Bat which some people like:

The lack of a heavy thumb rest is the only thing that I really don't like about the grips that I have. Other than that they have worked real good.

You can also get the Falcon Industries with a soft/rubbery surface, which is a little more "hand / grip friendly"

I almost want to build a scoped, longer range AR just to try that stock. Looks to be a great piece and judging by the quality and function of my M93B I'm sure it's one hell of a stock.

I've got a TDI QD one hanging around, I'm definitely ordering one. like i kep telling everyone, comfortable as hell, but you pay for that comfort with weight.  IT REALLY strains after an hour so of holding that rear up with the weak hand with the front on a bipod or bag.  Never thought I'd ever need  rear rest, but the PRS kinda demands it (at teh range at least)...

Bushy Lower, SR-25 Trigger, RRA Entry Stock with Adjustible Buttplate, Douglas 1/8 Fluted 26" CM Compass Lake Barrel on a Compass Lake, Free Floated Space Gun Upper with PNW Match Sights.

Not intended to be a combat M-4 Clone.
But as a Highpower Match gun, does it's job very, very well with handloaded '77 SMK's!

Thanks for the link.  I talked to Accu-shot at Shot Show but they said they didn't have a monopod for the Magpul stock.  What they didn't say is that you could use their current products.  Thanks again for the tip.
