I notice the Barnaul marking on the Wolf boxes. Am I to assume Barnaul makes Wolf ammo?

Wolf is the importer. They have sourced from several different factories including Barnaul, Tula, and others in Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Taiwan, and other countries in the Balkans

Nop. There's shit loads of wolf with tulammo headstamps. Look at the weight. 122gr is tulammo. 123 and 124gr steel are usually barnaul.

Wolf military and polyformance is barnaul.
