| How many rounds could you reasonably expect the 4140 non-chromed barrel to last on the Century VZ2008? Shooting exclusively Wolf/Tula/GT/Bear ammunition. I'm pushing 2,000 rounds through mine and the barrel still looks quite nice. |

Not sure if every VZ-2008 came with a Green Mountain barrel but I understand most of them did, which is a very good quality barrel.
I think 10k rounds would be a reasonable expectation, but everyone has a different definition of 'shot'. My VZ's groups could double and it would still shoot tighter than my WASR. |
