I'm sure this isn't new to some here, but just saw Kentucky Ballistics video on the Tromix AK-444. It's a prototype, and I have seen where one has sold on LSB Auctions (https://lsbauctions.com/tromix-prototype-pd444-444-marlin-16-5-semi-automatic-ak-pattern-rifle/) Are there plans to put these into production? I'm not an "AK guy", but I would have to seriously consider one, if they're available.  The Prototype AK-444 (American Power. Russian Design.) |
| Several times Tony has said that there are not really parts for the Saigas and he doesn't do them anymore. Usually it's in regards to shotgun conversions but I've seen it with rifles too. I doubt he's looking to put Saiga anything into production at this point. |

Ok, being somewhat AK illiterate, would it have to be made from Russian parts? I mean, there are plenty of other makers from different countries, right? It's my understanding that Bulgarian and Polish parts are up on the list of quality AK parts, and they're readily available in the US. |

I think that the guns drying up is just one part of it. |
