A few years back I picked up a Lynx 12 on black Friday for $199. Given the recent election of a commie governor, I've decided to throw some money into making it more practical/cool. So far I've installed an ALG AKT (lots of fitting), but what I would really like to do is add a Zenitco or Midwest Alpha rail. My main issue has been trying to locate a handguard retainer for this platform. Dinzag is out of business, and CSS, 4shooters, etc. show the saiga 12 handguard retainers as out of stock. I was going to purchase a CSS RPK retainer and just Dremel it by 0.105" but before I take that route, I wanted to see if anyone knew of a better handguard retainer option that's in stock. |
