Saw the WASR-22 thread from a little while ago and was curious if anyone with a RAK-22 or similar had run into issues with lots of light primer strikes. I've tried a few different brands of plated HV ammo including mini mags and get between 2 and 4 light strikes per magazine every time. No other problems with the rifle and it'd be all kinds of fun if it could only get more than 4 rounds out without a malfunction

In case it helps someone down the road - tried installing a Wolff extra power hammer spring first, turned out that over-corrected and had some, uh, unintended consequences  It finally appears to be running right with a Hiperfire hammer spring. Today was the first time I've been able to get through a full mag without issues, and the only failure it had out of 80-100 rounds was the bolt carrier getting stuck on the hammer like it still tends to do when you charge it. Nice to have it finally living up to the hype!
