Nothing is really drop in for AKs, The MARS V2 /Alpha is perhaps close as you can get but requires modification and tweaking for various models - You might want to reach out to MARS and ask if that model would work. What actual model are you getting? An NHM-91 is the most likely “RPK” version. Keep in mind that Chinese stamped AK’s use a 1.5mm sheet metal receiver vs the Euro standard of 1mm, so internal dimensions side to side are a little tighter, and the NHM-91 originally had a rivet in the mag catch are that needs to be ground down to seat mags larger than the ones that they originally came with (probably taken care of by prior owners). If someone says their FRT will work with a MAK-90, it should be gtg for the NHM. But a lot of AK FRT devices are nowhere as simple to get working as well as an AR version. The one listed above might be a lot better though. |
