Have had a '93 Intrac Maadi for about ten years. Had it refinished, barrel threaded and the bayonet lug rebuilt about five years ago. When the new wave of Maadi kits came in, I was going to pass until I saw the Atlantic Firearms kit showed all the extra stuff. The kit was fine (new. matching numbers, but no Hindi marked parts), but I was really happy with the accessories. The bayonet was unused (if you can tell with exceptionally crappy construction of a typical Egyptian bayonet), the hard to find pouch like new, and cool white oil bottle. Now I have to decide if I want to put the folder on it or just keep the wood. Probably end up just having a new one built.

Sure is a looker. Congrats!!! I thought I had it going on since I've managed to get a few maadi pouches over the year or so and now it seems that they are going to be around for awhile or at least for a few weeks.
Wish I woulda known atlantic was going to sell these complete before I jumped early w/another vendor... 44 |
