These help but do not eliminate muzzle flash. This design is very effective on a 16 inch 5.56 . A 10 inch 7.62x39 still has a nice flash. These do help reduce muzzle rise and look very cool .

| I bought one and prefer it to the booster or no device. The Fire Mountain guys aren't BS'ing anyone. Faster follow up shots, less concussion than a bare muzzle, and you tend to 'see through' the muzzle flash unlike the booster. Win/win. I may try other devices down the line, but anything that is more concussive or heavy isn't welcome. |
