I recently bought  a Norinco milled Mak 90.  It has beautiful wood.   but  I have been thing of giving it the traditional  AK look.
What is involved in changing the wood  and adding  muzzle adapter ? Maybe a bayonet lug ?
I see a beautiful  Polish wood kit for sale on the internet but I have no ides of   what country will work on my MAK 90..
 thanks in advance.

If you don't have the squared rear (I'm not sure if any milled versions came in with the squared rear) your best option would be to find a set of Ironwood designs furniture.

It will fit the curved rear correctly otherwise you will have an unsightly gap with any other furniture.

The only other option is to send it to have someone square up the rear then you can use whatever milled furniture you like.

You can try these guys since Ironwood is no more. I have a rear stock for a slant cut stamped receiver and it fits good.

I'm not sure what you are asking about. The stamped receiver stocks have a square insert and the milled have a round one if that is what you are referring to.

Here's the link again. Looks like it is for a slant cut receiver

I figured it out. The picture made it look like the insert was all the way to the edge.
