Cobbled together a 8mm M76 on July 4 to launch 8mm Freedom Seeds. I had picked up new wood from Europe but the front end was weird. Wasnt M76 and wasn't M70. It had been advertised as M76 but what I think it really is, is early or prototype M91 wood that got surplussed out. Its somewhat beafier than M76 wood. Its taller and fatter with less pronounce flat surfaces than M70/76 wood but I like it on there after I modified it to fit the slant M76 milled receiver.
