Hello all. Former "lurker" that has been bitten by the AK bug and lead me to purchase several. My most recent purchase is one I'l like some assistance with in identifying what exactly I have.
The lower is an NDS-3 receiver was made in April, 2009. It has the selector stop position based on using a longer selector stop, as found on imported (pre-ban) semiauto only AK rifles. I have confirmed with nodakspud that the selector stop position is not an indicator of a select fire/full auto feature. The upper is well worn, with no enamel and little blueing, and has Arabic writing on it. I'm admittedly a bit rusty in reading this, but can make out some numbers. Based on what I'm seeing, I think it's possible from 1988, which would make sense given the longer selector stop.
