Let me throw my endorsement to RPBUSA.com also. I met Russel at the RPB booth at the North Atlanta show. He didn't have a Krinkov stock set I was looking for with him at the show, but said he would deliver to me personally. No cash up front, and he met me on the next friday!!! Also, he sells chinese mags for $7 bucks each. He sure seems to treat his customers right and even gave me a lesson in changing out the furniture. BTW...They are re-doing their website for e-commerce, don't know when it will be up though. ETA: Now they are www.rpbonlinesales.com |

Freedom Optics has a ton of sights and mounts for the AK's. Similar to Tantal, but they list prices and are easier to order from. Botach tactical is the Wal-Mart for gun/hunting/WTSHTF/emergency people. Tons of stuff @ descent prices. Joe Lowe has a lot of the hard to find goodies (75 round Chinese drums) and other guns like the Kimel AP-9 Clearview Investments has a lot of great stuff |

I have to give Mako Security a BIG thumbs up. I just got off the phone with the owner and was very impressed with his understanding of how to please a customer, which seems to be all too rare in the gun business. I visited the website last night and noticed that they offer a 10% discount to ARFCOMmers, so I sent an e-mail inquiring about it. First thing this morning, I checked my e-mail and there was already a response from them. No sooner had I written down their phone number, intent on calling them after finishing with my e-mail, and the phone rang. It was Addy Sandler, the owner of the company, calling to discuss the discount offer and the item I was interested in. Addy also said he would toss in a catalog, some info about some items to be released in the near future, and one of his new cordura mag couplers for me to try. We also discussed some of the verious accessories on the market for the AK and how well they perform. Addy is highly knowledgeable and won't BS you about whether or not a product is right for you. He will tell you if he feels a product is a good idea, but not right for you. He won't try to sell it to you just to make some money. That's a great way to get more of my money - make sure I'm going to be happy with the suff you sell me now, in the hope of getting me to buy more later. Don't just look at this one sale, look at the probability of a future sale. I can say with certainty that Mako Security will be getting more of my money in the future. Thank you Addy. American Made, top of the line wood stocks crafted with an attention to detail that I wish more people had. Matt is a good guy who stands by his product. 3 US compliant parts + custom quality wood for about $90- The only guy around with milled MAK stocks afaik. |

Just a quick note to all: CLEARVIEW INVESTMENT'S has been bought out by CENTERFIRE SYSTEMS. They still carry all the same stuff they did before. I have dealt with CENTERFIRE alot and I must say they are pretty good--their shipping prices cannot be beat. For Large Ammo shipments, their S/H prices are set, so they do not go by weight--unlike CHEAPER THAN DIRT who pretty much rapes you on Shipping, they get by with this by using FedEx only for all items, no matter how bulky. Most companies (Like Centerfire Systems) will use the USPS on small items and UPS for lagre bulky items. The difference is their UPS rate is a flat rate..$9.99..no matter how bulky or big. The exception is ammo, but as I said, these prices are set by the type of ammo and quantity--the prcing can be found on the back page of their sales paper which I think is a classy move.
