Had it out twice now and really digging this little rifle. Already ordered an AK-100 side folder for it for a future project. |

Have the goal of throwing together the last bit of Bulgarian and Polish parts I have during the summer. Just trying to decide what to do with the end of the barrel - thread to 1/2x28 and use a crush washer, or shorten to 12.5" and build as an SBR so I can thread to 14x1LH utilize the plunger in the FSB. Unfortunately due to the law changes in WA I may no longer be allowed to register as an SBR which would count as "manufacturing" or "making" which is now no bueno for an AK even though I've had the parts for years. I went crazy: subtract the two 553Rs, all 922R compliant of course: Attached File RD SAM-5 Attached File Galil ACE SBR with traditional mags: Attached File I bought a Saiga .223 I still need to convert. I have gone completely bonkers the last four years. No more guns for me this year. |

Took my 11yo nephew shooting for the first time. He's a big Call of Duty player so he wanted to shoot "M4s and AKs" - the ol Bulgarian was his favorite with the big boom of the 74 brake. Kid was nailing his targets at 75yd for his first time shooting anything more than airsoft. Attached File |

Rack the bolt and it’s good to go. I’ve got a dozen or more of their followers and would recommend them. He’s currently working on a follower for converting 45rd 5.45 mags to 5.56 as well. I can’t wait to try those in some ribbed molots. |

PSA102 with jmac brake, resonator k, sig dot, PA magnifier, perst and SF 300v. Honestly my favorite rifle to shoot, extremely gentle, no muzzle flip, made me appreciate AKs in a whole new light. Attached File |

Looks brand new. I had the chance around 2002-03 to pick one up for $1500, which would have blown my gun budget for 12 months.
