I used to buy kits and have them built back in the good ole days of cheap kits in the late 90's. Seems like there should be a lot of battlefield pickups with all the wars going on in the world but I can't find a source? If you have seen them post a link. New Russian AKM kits | Tula & Izhmash |

Apex had a few Russian kits but good luck getting even one. They were scooped up by the multiples from computer refresher nerds. I tried but never could get one in the cart. They are already popping up on GunBroker double the price. They said the importer is supposed to have more coming in later. Apex should limit them one per customer to fuck the neckbeards.

I don't know that there are many countries with AKs in their armouries that they're willing to part with right now. They're either engaged in war or getting ready for one. The few kits that do hit our shores are bought and sold before they even make it to the internet. The American AK market (if you can call it that) is rather depressing unless you're connected and already a machinist or you're minted. Edit: a word |
