Robinson never had any of these rifles. By the time they came out with the folding stock, they were out of 7.62x39 rifles. Typical RA.

The "VEPR grip" is attached to the VEPR stock. The guys with custom stock jobs cut the grip off the stock and used just the grip. So, you'd have to buy the whole stock, which is kinda expensive. |

Here's mine. It's a VEPR K 7.62X39. I pretty much immediately bought a Mojo aperature sight for it:  I hate the long stock on the VEPR, so I switched it out for a shorter stock. The ONE stock I KNEW I could make "fit" me, was the CAR stock. Even though I don't like putting AR stuff on AKs, I had to do it. It's function over form.  |

Back in the day.   This rifle is a shooting SOB. Ain't worth a shit on paper, but on critters its dead nuts accurate. Weird. If they made factory 20rnd mags this sweetheart would be a formidable battle rifle. 308 WIN, Lightweight, smooth recoil, Minute of Asshole, durable design... |

Except fot the slant cut reciever (perhaps), that is EXACTLY how the new batch of Veprs should be imported Dangerous and sophisticated all at the same time. |
