Agreed with the rest: this is still a BIG step above the MI handguard, which looks ridiculous with that weird hump portion. I am sure MI built a solid product, but man oh man do they need to hire a new designer! Same with their galil rail. I own that one and it looks ugly as hell (though it is solid and functional). I must be an odd man out, I think both the MI and PSA variants look good for what they are, because, really, even Zentico products look weird as hell, and not nailing those aesthetics precisely isn’t exactly the worst thing in the world as long as the product is bomb proof and functional As of right now I’d like to see a side by side comparison of these two systems once the top covers are available |

Attached File Not being 100% identical is fine with me, I think it looks good; there's also the issue of folks passing off $130 PSA parts as more rare Russian ones if they were the same. Being able to visually differentiate is probably a good idea. |

I won't mention my hatred of the trapezoid pattern again, but I will say they should redesign the upper HG.

Received and installed the SA-10U/19 set on the PSA 105 earlier this week. Didn't require anything more than a good shove to snug into the receiver and it doesn't move. Call me impressed. That top cover cant come soon enough. MI may have beat them to the market with the Alpha stuff, but it looks like something George Lucas tried to turn into a star wars blaster. I'm not ready to take my AKs to into space. |

This +1 The Zentico Zenitco B-10 with old school picatinny rail pattern is the best looking, AK handgaurd. Not reason to go with Mloc or key lock or whatever, as it doesn't fix something that wasn't broke. But when they say I needed to take a hammer to it to install it to my DDI AKM I said forget it. Plus, I'm not waiting 6 months to see if my $110.00 handgaurd made it through quartintine and customs. |

The KUSA B10 clone has 3 slots although it looks like the B19 top rail screws may interfere? Just from looking at the B30 PSA I'd say the major flaw is only two MLOK mounting slots along the sides. Granted there probably doesn't need to be 6 slots or whatever but another mounting point or two would be nice. |

I get endless spam emails about their sales, which I never signed up for, but never get an actual restock notification. Apparently the long hand guards have been restocked and sold since people have them. |

I currently have an IR/Laser and light on it and it holds really well. It's essentially CNC machined aluminum. The only noticeable difference I realized was the set screws used the allen wrench rather than the flat head screws that Zenitco uses. There are other airsoft brands similar to 5KU, one of which is LCT I believe. Also really good quality and comparable. I've bought some Rp-1 charging handles and some Rp-5's as well and they hold just as good as the originals. I can't complain but when you're spending $90 on a hanguard zenitco "knock-off" rail opposed to the 600+ range I see them going for, I'm not too disappointed. The only thing I don't have experience with is the B-33 dust cover. I'm afriad to try it and it doesn't fit or workout. I have tried the PT-1 Stock and you have to make sure you find the adapter plate that goes on the back to house the 4.5mm pin or 5.5mm pin. You can ask because they use those same dimensions. Also I would suggest making sure you get the gen2 in the airsoft model because it looks a lot more identical to the real deal and works just like it. This is all coming from someone who had thousdans of dollars tied up into zenitco, sold the zenitco and randomly tried some of the airsoft rails and honestly I've shot the piss out of them and they still work. I've seen people post pics on threads on reddit where they may have cracked it or something like that, but i've seen that with the real deal as well. Just depends if you're willing to dish out 90-100 dollars on knockoffs which are still significantly cheaper than competitive brands or products and work just as well. My 2 cents.. @krinkovovich can we get some pics of your 5KU rail installed? |

Yeah I have some 5KU furniture on several guns after trialing it the first time and then going ahead and pulling the trigger on my other AK's krink 107ur lower handguard is 5KU AK105 sport 1 kit in tan is 5KU (it was like 80-90$) AK104 sport 1 kit in blk is 5KU my RK-6 is 5KU my RP5 is 5KU All have been extremely solid in mounting and just usability at the last half a dozen range trips I've gone on. Yeah the only thing I haven't been willing to test out and try is their 5KU B33 dust cover. In the pictures it just seems like it wouldn't fit, but I thought the same way about the Sport 1 kits and they fit and look great. My dust covers are the TWS dog legs and those work pretty darn good for me. Just would prefer to have a B33 at a lower cost because I like my iron sights staying on my rifle. If someone wants to sacrifice their hard earned dollars towards a 5KU b33 dust cover and report back, that would be awesome.  Quoted: Well that cements it for me. Yeah that is the only airsoft part I didnt take a chance on. Everything else worked great. I just decided for the dust cover I'll roll with the TWS dog leg with peep sights. Can't go wrong either way. I do enjoy the b33 where you don't have to remove the rear iron leaf sight. Sounds like more work than I'd want.
