That's a very good question. I don't have any 40 round mags or I would answer that question for you. Maybe one of the other guys have 40 rounders. I would think with the adjustable flaps I would think they would.

If you refer to the review you will see the original rig I purchased, the pouches were too deep for 545 and 556 mags and seemed alittle too deep for even the 762 mags. Most others and myself requested Colin cut the top of the pouch down about 1.5 inches to accommodate the other mags. So, the original size will do the job for 40 rounders, according to Colin. |

| I mounted a small barrel rail from CTD. Then I tried several other mounts and everything kept hitting the sling mount. Finally, I tried the Safariland flashlight mount with the G2. It worked perfect. The mount slides onto the rail then you can rotate it either left or right or in my case up or down and that is what locks it in place. The mount goes for about $30.00 without Safariland's light. With the light I think it closer to $100.00. |

Yeah, as in my review, that is what I was looking for when I started my quest. Nobody had green, which is what I wanted. Everybody had woodland camo and I didn't want that. That's when I stumbled upon 762Tactical.
Biggest difference is the MOLLE webbing on both sides of the mag pouches of the 762Tactical so you can configure it the way you want instead of being stuck with grenade pouches and such. Nice dye job, though |
