Spartan Armor Systems® Introduces our advanced “Elaphros” (Ultra Light Weight) Level III, Multi-curve, UHMWPE Body Armor. At only 3.5 lbs per plate, this Body Armor is for those that require rifle-rated protection over extended distances without being weighed down. Elaphros lightweight body armor offers NIJ Level III (certified) threat protection at approximately half the weight of most comparable body armor plates. Elaphros body armor is neutrally buoyant and so light that it floats in water!

Designed for the operator that requires minimal weight and maximum maneuverability, Eleaphros body armor allows the operator a distinct advantage in a wide range of tactical engagements. Elaphros body armor is NIJ certified to meet or exceed level III requirements under NIJ 0101.06.

Our Elaphros Shooters Cut, 10”X12”, multi-curved, UHMWPE body armor was designed in-house by our dedicated team of engineers that have decades of industry experience. These UHMWPE plates were developed using only the highest quality materials, production, and quality assurance standards, providing maximum confidence and supreme coverage for our customers.
