- All barrels feature 41V50 barrel grade steel, button rifled with 1:8 twist, vacuum stress relieved, .223 Wylde chambers burnished for a mirror finish, and coated in Black Nitride (QPQ).
- Patent pending True Torque flats machined into the barrel for accurate torque during installation of a mil-spec barrel extension
- Ø.625 4140 alloy steel gas block, finished in long duration black nitride, and double pinned with an interlocking tab that ensures failure proof, maintenance free operation for life.
- Inspection port drilled from the top of the gas block, allowing confirmation of perfect concentricity between the gas ports in the barrel, block, and tube prior to final assembly.
- 9/16” wrench flats machined into the end of the barrel for changing 1/2”-28 muzzle devizes without the need of a barrel vise.
- Slim, lightweight M-LOK accessory compatible handguard finished in mil-spec type III black anodizing, featuring an interlocking tab with the upper receiver, ensuring proper alignment between picatinny rails.
- Installed with an extra long alloy steel barrel nut and eight button head cap screws for reduced deflection with a forward grip, while keeping removal & maintenance simple.
- Sleek & modern monolithic style billet upper receiver with modular case deflector & mil-spec ejection port cover.
