Does someone sell a workbook for practicing the formulas involved in milling targets for distance, calculating adjustments/holdovers, etc . . .?

I could have sworn someone mentioned something in a thread, but my search-fu is weak.

dunno, but the shooterready software is what i'd recommend for practicing
