I do train the trainers in my PD
and I am looking for some little hints
to make them better / to make things easy to pick up for the Trainees.
Cause is there something we don´t have...than it is time.

Tips for pistole and rifle are wellcome.

I am not specificly looking for drills, but stuff like:

- putting a little bright sticker on the inside of the magwell - so the Trainee gets the Point quicker how to hold the gun during reloading.
- using a permanent marker to draw a line over the shooters Hands so he can check by himself is his grip is correct....and the Trainer will see it from afar that something is not right.

stuff like that....

Grease pencil or cheap soft eyeliner pencil. Not perm marker.

And video. Delete all after the lesson, for privacy/liability reasons. Helps to be able to see yourself looking retarded like you’d look at another person. Then you fix yourself.
