Stay over in the Johnson City area because Binghamton like all other cities in this state are only good for one thing, above ground nuclear testing.

Was there not too long ago. Hotel is in the crotch of the highway and next to a uhaul facility and a Wegmans. Cheap and decent-for-cheap rooms. Go eat Wegmans Bialys and check out all the food. |

Binghamton. Ha.
If I absolutely must eat in Binghamton as I pass through I get off 81, stop at the Cracker Barrel and eat facing the door. Then I get in the car and keep driving. There's absolutely no reason to dwell in the Binghamton area any longer than absolutely necessary |

Downtown Area there is a couple of places/bars that have decent food. Garage Taco. Water St Brewery?? Something Dog Cafe up from the Brewery Over by the College you have standard Chili's and others
