Attorney General James Successfully Defends New York's Right to Hold Gun Manufacturers Responsible for Gun Violence

This really ought to scare the shit out of ANYONE who has anything to do with the Guns, Ammunition, and Accessories Industry:
Two years ago when the Bill was Passed I called out, printed out, and copy/pasted it, and no one seemed the least bit concerned.
Only saving grace if there is one is the word "unreasonable" which is highly subjective and seemingly without standard, which means a Jury has to decide what is and isn't reasonable... in the end the Insurance Companies will just settle as it's cheaper and it'll all be written off.
