They have some set of balls bringing up the PA "Clean and Green Act."  In PA, if you own a certain amount of acreage and don't develop it, the taxes are very low.  Basically, PA cuts you a break for keeping your land undeveloped.   If what NY was seeking to do was actually in the best interests of the environment, and not simply a power grab and taxing scheme, they would follow suit.  FNY.

If this passes, NY is dead. You will be plowing fields with oxen, riding a bicycle instead of a car, taxed to death over every gallon of gasoline purchased, over refuse, over sewage, over use of electricity and natural gas. This is insanity.
