So their solution is to go after the out of State sources of illegal guns rather than prosecute and incarcerate those using them illegally? Brilliant!

Only 5% of dealers are responsible for 90% of guns used in crimes-I don't believe that.

Any FFL that's had ATF examine their records knows that statement is bullshit, the very implication that manufacturers are selling direct without a FFL receiving the items is bull-fucking-shit. Miss answering a question or accidentally answer one wrong on a 4473 and the Dealer will be written up, get a couple of them and they ask you to surrender your Licenses, fuck up more than that and they WILL take it. |
