I guess the fact that one party has signaled that crime and violence within a certain segment of society is acceptable has nothing to do with it. Or places like New York and Chicago that release criminals immediately without bail also has nothing to do with it. Hearing De Blasio put the blame for New York City's huge increase in shootings on everyone but him and his party's dumb a$$ policies is just as asinine. Over a year a ago they did everything but put up huge billboards telling the criminal element they were free to do what they want: no bail, minor crimes ignored, anti-crime units disbanded, police budgets cut, violent protests permitted, etc.
