Stefanik statement on President Biden's gun control orders.

The title on that press release is wrong. They are not "orders" but "actions". Big difference. The actions are basically things he wants done but cannot actually do with an Executive Order. They are basically a big "Pretty Please". Unless he can get Congress and/or states to go along, he is pretty much pissing in the wind. In one EA, the DOJ is being requested to create "draft legislation" for Red Flag laws but cannot itself unilaterally impose them. And there is still that little matter of "Due Process" that SCOTUS has not yet addressed in all these laws. Finally, good luck getting the ever increasing number of 2nd Amendment Sanctuary States to go along.
