NYC Watershed facts:

The NYC Watershed is two separate areas totaling almost
2000 square miles.
Is comprised of mostly agricultural land - forest land, small to mid-sized dairy, vegetable and mixed livestock farms and is
mostly privately owned.
You do the math, they want to tell these land owners within the watershed what they can do on their own land just because the water that falls on and/or flows through their property flows is within these areas.
As a concerned property owner who owns (pays taxes to the man to stay on) land that is at the top of the hill and flows into two different watersheds...... who knows where they will want to target next?
