I think its a semi-pistol grip if i remember back in the 80s as they defined it. so does semi-pistol grip count ? if so than any semi auto including all of rugers. Remington rifles along with and m1 carbine have the same type of stock  and be subject to registration. If not than your good to go with 5 round mags for the 10/22 and others that would be used for "hunting"
