You can try using a TOR browser. Look for a website called "the TOR project" the bundle will give you the TOR application and Firefox portable. These programs run in memory so they do not need to be installed. I know Barracudda internet filter and firewalls are top notch but yet the TOR application sneaks right by. Iran spent, I believe, around 5 months figuring a way to block it and within 24 hours TOR updated and was reopened. China is now working on blocking it but is having difficulties as well. Your IT department will never see it coming unless he has your computer completely locked down to were you are unable to move the program to your computer. It also runs encrypted so your IT department will not know what your looking at.
Just make sure your not going to violate company policy using this program and get your self fired.
TOR will also allow you into the Dark Web, I would advise to not go there.
