from what I found that gun wasn't even designed until after the ban went into effect so I highly doubt the mags are preban, thus the mags would be illegal in NY

The law DOES apply.
over ten rounds must have been made before 9/14/94 Any made prior to that date are grandfathered in irrespective of what they're used in. |

Ya i get the law. Just not sure about the mag for this gun, its unmarked

Therefore, there are no legal pre-ban (made before the 9/14/94 ban) magazines for these pistols in any caliber. No, the 15-round mag you're being offered is not pre-ban and therefore is not legal. |

Don't feel bad. I'm in the same boat with my PX4/CX4 9mm combo.
And my Walther PPS And my Glock 30SF. Just the Glock 19 has prebans....and I'm not paying $50-100 for a pistol mag. NO FING WAY |
