I spoke with the Kings Point Police Department
today regarding the break ins that have been occurring in Great Neck.  
The most dangerous reported attack to date (there have been many) was on
West Shore Road where this male predator broke into the home of 15 year
old girl. I was told she was  thankfully able to fight him off and was
NOT raped during this attack.



To date he has broken into many homes in Great Neck

- held a 61 year old woman at knife point where she too successfully fought him off

-
broke into the home and was found in the bedroom of a 5 year old girl,
a room which she shared with her 1 year old sister, and covered the 5
year old's mouth to keep her from screaming.

-In one instance this
man was seen pleasuring himself outside the window of a Great Neck
home.  Unfortunately, this incident was not reported to the police until
days later.



Women of all ages need to be careful.  His attacks
span the ages of 2 - 61 years old females.   There are more incidences

With
the recent snow fall, footprints have been visible by homes where he is
believed to have been looking into windows.  That being said, please be
aware of your surroundings and your homes.  Report anything that looks
or sounds suspicious.  Keep your alarms on at all times.  He breaks the
windows.



Most importantly, if you know of a crime or if a crime
has happened to you it MUST be reported.  There is a special victims
unit created for victims of rape where your identity is kept private.  
The police department can guide you through this process.  Without full
knowledge of each event it makes it that much harder for the police to
catch him. They came very close to catching him last week.  Helicopter's
and search dogs were involved. The Nassau County 6th Precinct is
working with Kings Point on this matter.



What I found alarming is
that many people in our area do not know the severity of his crimes.  
Word needs to spread and neighbors need to reach out to each other to
build awareness.  He appears to hide and find refuge through wooded
areas one being Kings Point Park.  He has hit in University Garden's as
well although most of his attacks are on the North side of town.  To
date, the police do not have knowledge of an attack where he succeeded
in raping the victim.  That being said, if a rape has occurred and has
not been reported it needs to be.

This
man is VERY dangerous and it is confirmed through DNA evidence that he
is the same man who raped a 2 year old girl in Texas.  He also violently
assaulted a woman with a claw hammer in Hempstead.  Again, this
information can all be found on line.  He is now believed to be living
in Great Neck somewhere around the vicinity of Steamboat Road and is
very possibly here illegally.

requested from the Kings Point Police Department.  I ask that we all get
involved, print the flyers and place them throughout the Great Neck
Area.  For those of you who are interested in a town meeting, I will do
my best to set one up.

You are not going to find too many pro-2A folks in that area.  Very liberal area.  Probably one reason why it is such good pickings for this guy.  He does not have to worry about running into armed resistance.

Now move a few miles east and it would be a different story...

Two illegal aliens, Ralphel Resindez, 23, and Enrico Garza, 26,  probably believed they would easily overpower home-alone 11-year-old Patricia Harrington after her father had left their
two-story home.  



It seems  the two crooks never learned two things: they were in Montana and Patricia had been a clay-shooting champion since she was nine.  

 

Patricia was in her upstairs room when the two men broke through the front door of the house. She quickly ran to her father's room and grabbed his
12-gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun.  



Resindez was the first to get up to the second floor only to be the first to catch a near point blank blast of buckshot from the 11-year-old's knee-crouch aim. He suffered fatal wounds
to his abdomen and genitals.
   

When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and staggered out into the street where he bled to death
before medical help could arrive.
   

It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45-caliber handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. That victim, 50-year-old David 0'Burien, was not so lucky. He died from stab wounds to the chest.  

   

Ever wonder why good stuff never makes NBC, CBS, PBS, MSNBC, CNN, or ABC news........?  


An 11 year old girl, properly trained, defended her home, and herself......against two murderous, illegal immigrants.......and she wins,  

She is still alive.  

   

Now THAT is Gun Control!
