I see rain in morning, thunderstorms later...  I hear they close at any rain, so?

it was open, it was open.

our puller Kevin was top notch.

I really like that place, can't believe they're threatening to close it.

That's too funny...

I was (of course) the guy with the green 1100 tactical :-)

I haven't had a bad one there yet, but your kid is top of the line.

I bring another young shooter (is 18 young? l-rd I'm old) with me, and he kept saying 'we gotta ask for kevin next time'.

You done gooooood.

Of course he was. He's my son.

Just one example of his intuitiveness and observation skills.

He saw me squaring up straight to the target (not by mistake, mind you!) and figured me for a pistol shooter.  He was close.  Recently i got some hard armor and changed my whole stance for all my shooting to be squared up chest forward cause 1) that makes sure the armor faces the threat and 2)a carbine-butt will slip right off the side of my armor carrier, so I have to center it almost.

He picked up on that.

Turns out its a bad thing in trap.

Also you're supposed to chicken wing.

My elbow is safe, the clays aren't gonna shoot back.

:-)

I was on the skeet field with a shotgun and yes clays were flying.

I don't think you can call it 'shooting skeet' though.

I could use blanks and do better

I was a lifeguard from 16-23.

The courses (first aid, lifeguarding, wsi, etc) costs me about 300$ over 7 years.

I made between 25,000-30,000 over that period as a lifeguard.

I tell every teenager I know to take the course!
