Hey guys, Im trying to help out my GF get her DMV records. She is gonna be buying a car soon and is from NJ. She said she has got pulled over before but not sure if its on her record. I went on one of the NJDMV sites but they are saying you gotta wait 7-10 days to get things mailed to you. I know there has to be a faster way for her to get the info. Also, she hasn't had a car in while so who do you guys recommend for NJ insurance? She was looking at Geico.... Im from PA and I could not believe how much they charge you guys for auto insurance. Another good reason to be in PA lol..   gun laws and car insurance !!   anyways..  any help we'd sure appreciate it !! thanks guys !!

She can go to a Regional DMV, not the one in each county, we use deptford, with the abstract they only go back 5 years on your record. I think a full abstract is the one from trenton. You can ask questions of the people there, good luck
