Sorry, I know this has been gone over many times in the past, but I couldn't find it in a search or the last 11 pages.

What is the form needed for this?

Maybe PK90 could put it on his FAQ.

You need your NJ FID, matching-address drivers license and 2 copies of a Certificate of Eligibility (one for the FFL and one for you) and of course, you need to pass (the free) NICS check.
That's it, easy as pie, and cheaper than the PRNJ!

NICS (or PICS) is free in PA? I thought it was $5 or something like that.
