What are they putting up on the NY/NJ border near Mahwah right off the highway? Any idea? Looks like it could be a rest area but the sloatsburg one is only like 2 miles away so it doesn't make sense.

Anybody have the inside scoop? I'm curious.

Looks like a bunker complex with all that concrete, but I believe it to be a sewage treatment plant.
