hi i recently purchased the fn tps on gunbroker,today i went to the ffl to get paperwork and he told me he could not do it because the gun was ilegal.i thought it was allowed 3 evil features.1 being the pistol grip,2 the collapsable stock and 3 more than 5 in the tube.now im unsure.could you guys please help me out.i saw them onsale in t+t guns in seaford in the same configuration.

Your FFL is nutz. There are no restrictions on pump action shotguns. Maybe he thinks it's a semi-auto.

restrictions only apply to semi autos.  Whos the ffl?

the ffl is a member of my fathers gun club,i will get his name later.thanks for the replys im now going to contact the ffl in freeport
