It has a thumbhole only takes 10rd mags and  the muzzle brake is pinned on
As I gather by the NJ  DOJ sight it seems to be legal but thought i would give you guys a hollar before we shipped it

At least AK pattern rifles can mount non-pistol grip/thumbhole stocks in a somewhat sane manner (at least compared to other rifles like G3's AR's). Just look at Saiga rifles/shotguns.
