seems to me it should be legal.  it has a thumbhole stock and no bayonet lug (i think?), so the only evil feature is the flash suppressor.  best of all, it uses AR15 mags, so we can get high cap mags for it.  should i get my hopes up about owning one of these?

Well, the PS90 is legal under current law. It has a muzzle brake, no bayo lug.

even if it's considered to have a pistol grip the FS could likely be removed

are they all that ugly color or can you get them in all black/grey color?
