Now that these are trickling out, I was curious if anyone's seen them in a NJ gunshop or done their homework on them yet? I am guessing that they are legal, since they don't seen to have a protruding pistol grip, but you never know in NJ! I'm curious if the muzzle device is a flash hider or muzzle brake and if the barrel is threaded too...

The barrel is threaded and the flash hider is just that - not approved by the ATF as a brake. As for the stock configuration, I don't know. I look at something like the MAK90 with a thumbhole stock and wonder if this is similar?

i highly doubt it
considering its 50 round mag and it will look really odd with the 16 inch barrel
I know someone getting one but they are a C2 and C3 FFL
Good friend of mine too so I get to play with some nice toys

Thanks guys.

1. Regarding the 50 rd mags, I've read that FN is making 10 rounders. Sort of defeats the purpose of the 5.7 round a bit I know, but does help from a NJ standpoint.
2. As far as the barrel/brake issues go, I guess you could permanently pin and weld a post-ban brake on it, just like folks do with their ARs in NJ...

I believe the PS90 comes from the factory with a 10 round mag? You need to fork out the dough for the 50!

It only has two evil features: hider and detach mags, just like an M1A. It should be legal barring funny decisions from the NJ AG.

and get the big mag and block it....hhooaaahhh !

worst case make it permanent. so the block cant come out.

block it up.
