How would i sell a pistol in NY (suffolk county). how will it come off my pistol license. how do you ship it (thru an ffl)?

Are you in eastern or western SC? Call your pistol permit division as every county makes up their own rules. If you don't do it the exact way they want you to they will give you grief over it.

If you're in western SC this will probably answer some of your questions.

You have to ship, out of state, through an FFL.

The pistol comes off your license when you have proof from the ffl that it was transfered.

Same here in Sullivan Co
if it goes out of state must got from FFL to FFL

Just went trrought it
