I'm kinda in a hard spot so I wanted to see what you all thought...

If you didn't know, my pregnant wife is due to give birth on 11/4. Nobody thinks she'll go that long (including the doctor) so I figure sometime between 10/15 and 11/4 is DEFCON 1.

The timing of the next BLAST was supposed to be end of Oct. Obviously, I'm a little leary of planning this during the revolution, especially the camping part. (and not being able to make it)

SOOOOO...

How do you all feel about pushing it into November? I still want to camp, and it won't be too cold at all at that time. But what do you all think?

Also, I'm heading out to meet Ray from NJCSD tomorrow and scope out their range. I was hoping most of you would come out there on 10/30? This way we can all get together again but it takes some of the pressure off of me for now.

No problem here. The very middle of Nov is not good for me, but anytime after the 18th is fine. Or much before.

There's nothing stopping us from just getting together to shoot. I'd probably be there on either of those days myself. (10/9 is actually my birthday and I'd like to shoot on my birthday

) We just won't do BBQ, door prizes, and the stuff that requires planning...

November is fine for me it will give me an excuse to buy a new sleeping bag. It has been years since I have been camping. Also I do not mind freezing my ass off in November too.

We can have mini-blasts more often now that there are more members of the Ft. Dix Rod & Gun Club.At least one of us needs to be there for those Arfcomers not members there which can get in as guests.

Ill try to be there for the mini shoot. How long do you plan on being at the range? All the parts for my new AR build should be here by then. Has anyone else completed a build from the lower group buy?

I was just asking because you asked me if I was going to bring it to the next shoot because she did not get a chance to shoot it. I would have made sure she would have been the first one to shoot it. It is not like we went through 300+ rounds of 3006 that day

that shit aint cheap
