I have a problem with the mag.well on my rifle. magazines are very tight . can anybody give me any suggestions on how to fix this? short of sending it to the mfr. ive tried many different mags.all  with difficulty. any help would be appreciated.                                                  SEMPER FI

cant really send back to mfr. yet i have too many ser. rifle  shoots to attend in aug./sept but i will  give your sugg. a try . thanks

dpms lower  colt mags, mags from england .new mags old mags dosent seem to matter.

What part of the mag rubs, though? (some wear marks should be visible..)

front and back mostly 1or 2 mags had very small scratches.

Yeah, probably the magwell.

I'd give the company a call.

I found the problem, apparently the front radius of the trigger guard was a little thicker than it should have been. filed it down a little at a time, and voila! mags of all types now slide in /out  with ease . thanks to all for the tips         SEMPER FI!
