I assume you're talking about the fact that June Maxam was not jailed by one of the judges who she has revealed has no authority due to never filing an oath of office.

thanx for making the link hot Bill. I was referring to the fact that many judges and sheriffs have no legal powers. Therefore they are stealing taxpayer monies,any and all decisions made are null and void. Think about it. How many marriages,traffic tickets,Family court decisions,etc?

Though I think her's is a good idea, and is likely a proper interpretation of the law, revealing that a wide range of New York judges and sheriffs never properly took office because they never filed their oaths, I doubt that it will have any practical impact. What judge is going to rule against his fellows on this one?
