Your local police station will do it. You might need to make an appointment.
I recommend doing your own prints. You can get the cards for free online from the .gov and ink pads can be bought at Walmart, Target, Amazon, etc. Order extras, you'll need them. https://www.atf.gov/distribution-center-order-form |

Jeeez...just watched a couple of videos on the U-tube and it is super simple. Why pay someone to do this. Thanks for the idea.

You can get a stack and the ink off Amazon pretty cheap. Good thing to do if you plan on doing more NFA stuff.
