Where is it safe to stay near Houston?

Anywhere North of Westheimer Rd at a minimum. Better still is North of Post Oak Blvd.

Houston has changed a BUNCH. That was one of the reasons we left Katy after over 21 years. The Galleria, as someone mentioned, is not what it used to be but not too bad. It would be my choice if I had to fly in for a few days.
