Wanted to give you guys an update on Sgt. Perry from his attorney. His family was able to bail him out and he is still with the Army up in Alaska.
Maybe we can get this pinned. |

I was delayed returning from Christmas / New Years. Got in some S.W. Texas hunting by the Border & was tied up making preparations for a daughters wedding  . Anyway, Thank You for posting the link & let's all do what we can to help the Sgt. Perry. His Trial won't be cheap & Travis County won't spare any expense to drag Sgt. Perry through the cactus patch a dozen or so times if they can. BIGGER_HAMMER

Wish this man all the luck. Doesn't hurt that he has a pretty good sized war chest going because of the people who gave. This is a TX rittenhouse case and it needs to be stomped.

This case is a good lesson on why it is important to have a self defense insurance policy like Texas Lawshield. |

Agreed, if you carry a gun for self defense, and you do NOT have defense insurance, you can have your world wrecked even if you are the good guy and followed the law.

He had not pulled his pistol while the BLM thugs were beating on his car, he only did when one of the thugs pointed an AK47 at him. He is out on bail and is stationed out of state while awaiting the case.
This is a Case that is a GROSS Abuse of a District Attorney & the Grand Jury Process. The Prosecution is the Persecution & the Punishment. BIGGER_HAMMER
