Probably Fogo de Chao, maybe ~~Texas de Brazil.~~ There is another wild card in Irving that used to be really good called ~~Blaze Brazilian.~~ But Fogo looks pretty promising at this point because of pricing. The whole group meet up thing is where it hinges. I will call all of them and get us group table at one.

I need 15 seat guaranteed to come. When we went to DC for the 2nd amendment rights rally we had a NATIONWIDE HTF meetup at Fogo. It was great.

For those not aware, they bring meat to you, they slice it off onto your plate and you eat it. They have a salad bar and side dishes that are merely a distraction. I am a carnivore and I don't care about the salad. I want all the room I can have for Picanha to be sliced off onto my plate. Fraldinha is another good one, and they also have filet minion usually. One price, ALL YOU CAN EAT.

I am planning this early so you can get your shift of OT, have a garage sale, sell some ammo, whatever it takes to afford to come. I would really like for this to be a big meetup from Dallas to Fort Worth people, and maybe a few others from remote areas.

I am listening but like I said I am leaning Fogo de Chao for many reasons. It is very good. All 3 are very good but just work with me???

Saturday July 17th lets say 6pm? Mark your calendar, save your money, and I will post for sure which restaurant we go to. It will come down to availability to seat us and price.

In all honesty my parents will be visiting from out of state so consider me a maybe. I will 100% be ready for a few hours away from them but it's a logistics/feels thing. Y'all understand.

Dang, I started running down dates, and with several new things that popped up, my whole summer weekend schedule got really skinny.

July 2nd was a possibility but too close to July 4th.

I am truly sorry, I hope this ends up working....

July 19th is the 1 year anniversary of me getting blown up. I'm not a big drinker, but I was kinda thinking about getting "crap on the lawn" drunk that day. Maybe I can move it up a couple days?

Scheduled to work, but I’ll try to trade out of the day. Fogo is always a good time.

Alternate suggestion - 12 cuts at frankford and the tollway. Run by the husband and wife that opened the first few Fogos in the states. Could get a private dining room there pretty easy. It’s as good if not better than fogo imo.

Unfortunately working that evening. I will say that I went to Fogo in Addison once (back before covid) and the quality was not as good as teh one in Plano (where their corporate office is...), and have not been back. Been a bit since I've been to Texas de Brazil, but it was good last time I went (better than Fogo in Addison).

Edit to add - went to 12 cuts a couple weeks ago... maybe it was just early, but they only brought out 4 or 5 meats and it wasnt seasoned well. Maybe you had a different experience Southend
