AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Texas' highest criminal court tossed the second and final felony charge against former Gov. Rick Perry on Wednesday...

http://bigstory.ap.org/728a841f10894fbfbc86a997a40e7943

One of the judges who dissented in Wednesday's ruling, Republican Cheryl Johnson, said the decision could leave the public with an uneasy perception that the system went out of its way to clear one of the most powerful governors in Texas history.

Yo dingbat, you do not rule on perception, you rule on right or wrong.

Johnson should loose her next election.  If the elements of the offense are not present, you dont prosecute someone anyway.

Another showcase of the demokrats to smear a republican that was as empty and unfounded as the others.  There will be ramifications down the road for someone.

And of course after all the HUGE Media Splash of Rick Perry as an Indicted (practically convicted FELON)...   Nothing happened and No Media attention...

Now if it was the Hillar-Beast then the leftist media talking heads would be screaming for the lopping off all the heads of those responsible....

But it was just a smear on a Republican, so no one cares or notices...  Same Old Same Old...

Note this always seems to come from the side of the "living constitution".

I am sure Rick Perry forgot about it months ago.

Sounds good. Maybe he will get those traitors back into the Big 12.

Big 12 is dead. UT killed it with their TV network deal, and not wanting to play nice on revenue sharing.

A&M going to the SEC was a great move, look how staying in the Big 12 turned out for UT

Texas should not have been allowed to pull that maneuver. I doubt it will kill the big 12 though. We will see. Lots of politics and money involved in exploiting college athletes.
